1 bunch of spring onions, sliced
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1 or 2 tbs lemon zest
2 Tbs olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tsp mixed herbs
1/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Fresh parmesan cheese, shaved
